Beginning July 1 thru Oct, artist, Susan Lynn will display her art throughout The Cabin and they're all for sale! Meet the artist on July 11 as she paints an original piece and enjoy live music & drink specials at LKN Only Lakefront Pub! More about the artist: Susan Lynn has been creating mixed media art for over 30 years. Raised in Western Massachusetts at the foothills of the Berkshire mountains, Susan seeks to create art that suggests subject matter rather than produce a literal illustration. She invites the viewer to linger on the natural architecture of the unaltered environment and landscape. Her hope is that her art will allow viewers to explore the elusive interplay between line, color, and emotions in our world. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Art and currently teaches high school art with Cabarrus County Schools.
